Important Dates
Important Dates and Deadlines
As your school counselor, I want to ensure you and your family have the information you need to stay on track throughout the school year. Below you will find a chart outlining key dates in four important categories:
-
ACT – Test dates, registration deadlines, and prep opportunities to help students plan ahead for college entrance requirements.
-
Testing – State assessments, end-of-course exams, and other required testing schedules.
-
College and Career – Application deadlines, scholarship opportunities, FAFSA reminders, and career exploration events.
-
School Events – Important activities such as parent nights, assemblies, and school-wide programs that support student growth and involvement.
Please review these dates carefully and mark your calendars so you don’t miss out on valuable opportunities. Staying organized and prepared is an important part of reaching your academic, college, and career goals!

Consider choosing a test date at least two months ahead of the application deadlines of all the colleges and scholarship agencies you might want to apply to.
Multiple-choice scores are normally reported within 2–8 weeks after the test date. If you take the ACT with writing, scores will be reported only after all of your scores are available, including writing, normally within 5–8 weeks after the test date.
